Business Development Representative

Succeed as a Business Development Representative by building strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth through the Petro-Canada Retail and Wholesale channels, and expanding the SuperPass commercial fleet program. Leverage your negotiation skills to influence decisions and achieve consensus, while maintaining a positive reputation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in sales roles that demand meeting targets and fostering relationships over the phone or via email.
- Advanced negotiation skills to effectively negotiate deals and build credibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, customer relationship management (CRM), SAP/CCS, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 2,000-3,000 accounts annually to enable them to purchase from Petro-Canada's cardlock and retail network.
- Demonstrate SuperPass online functionality to clients.
- Analyze monthly performance data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prioritize and optimize the sales funnel to achieve efficient sales cycles.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance processes and drive sales growth.
Location and Work Details:
- Work from the Oakville Business Centre, Calgary head office, or Montreal office.
- A regular 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with potential for extended hours based on business needs.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
