We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our clients in North Vancouver.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at beBee Professionals as a Receptionist. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
  • Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
