Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Front Desk department, ensuring all service standards are followed, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Desk Manager with all aspects of the Front Desk department
  • Handle guest concerns and respond quickly to ensure memorable moments for our guests
  • Complete managerial tasks such as scheduling, payroll, performance management, and coaching
  • Ensure all service standards and procedures are adhered to
  • Actively seek feedback to enhance day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • A service-focused personality is essential, with previous leadership experience required
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is necessary
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to network effectively
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance
