About the Role

This Front Office Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity to work on-site in our Vancouver office, providing exceptional support to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Reception: Manage visitor flow, maintain reception area standards, and provide phone coverage when needed.
  • Security: Maintain building access records, coordinate fob distribution, and monitor security protocols.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare weekly reports, procure office supplies, update office manuals, and coordinate courier services.
  • Event Support: Assist with catering, meetings, and event setup, including boardroom bookings and attendee coordination.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role with strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Proven track record of working in a high-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and be on-site 100% of the time.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 per annum based on location and qualifications.
