Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office: Greet visitors and employees, manage meeting arrangements, and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment, including kitchen and common areas.
  • Office Inventory: Manage office supplies, review stock levels, and ensure adequate supply upkeep.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, office social events, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in front desk/reception and office coordination/administration.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
