Job Title: Secretary-Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary-Receptionist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and routing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Drafting and sending emails, letters, and other correspondence in English and French
  • Providing general accounting assistance, including payable and receivable tasks
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Purchasing office and warehouse supplies
  • Shipping and receiving documents
  • Entering data into our system
  • Following up on orders and tasks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) in English and French
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Diploma in secretarial or office automation, an asset
