Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary-Receptionist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering and routing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Drafting and sending emails, letters, and other correspondence in English and French
- Providing general accounting assistance, including payable and receivable tasks
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- Purchasing office and warehouse supplies
- Shipping and receiving documents
- Entering data into our system
- Following up on orders and tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism (spoken and written) in English and French
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Diploma in secretarial or office automation, an asset
