About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary-Receptionist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist with purchasing office supplies and materials
  • Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) in English and French
  • Diploma in secretarial or office automation an asset
