Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that products are available and in stock.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that sales workers are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Sell merchandise and meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and present them to management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure that all products are accurately counted and stored.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
