Business Development Manager

- At Royal Bee White Oaks, we are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and direct sales workers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that products are available and in stock.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales workers are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Sell merchandise and meet sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and present them to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that all products are accurately counted and stored.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Language: English.
- Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
