Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating staff consultation and grievance procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and supervise other workers.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Oversee payroll administration, perform data entry, and assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs.


Requirements


  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
