We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that our team is well-prepared and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation, ensuring that our records are secure and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
