Job Description

SIDHU ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week in English language. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, payroll administration, and budget management. They will also have excellent communication and training skills to effectively work with staff and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and payroll administration
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
Financial Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, they may be eligible for a bonus and permanent employment status.
