About the Role

As an Executive Administrative Assistant at PARVEEN ARORA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity, with a strong background in office administration. You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and handling confidential matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

What We Offer
