We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at SIDHU ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES INC.
As an integral part of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. This role requires a high degree of organization, initiative, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
- Delegate work to office support staff to optimize workload and resource allocation.
- Establish clear priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record management, government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including budgeting and inventory management.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining budgetary controls.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on administrative procedures and best practices.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures effectively.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a bonus and permanent employment.
