Territory Development Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve maximum profitability and market penetration in your territory.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ARCHITECTS, ENGINEERS, AND OTHER INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION, VISITS, AND PRESENTATIONS.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the sales management team to achieve sales targets and grow business in your territory.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the building envelope industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
