Salary & BenefitsThe salary package includes an uncapped commission structure, vehicle allowance, support from financial analysts, telemedicine service, group insurance, RRSP, DPSP, work clothes, expense account, cell phone, laptop, team activities, recognition evenings, family days, and physical activity allowance.
The estimated annual salary is $85,000 - $115,000 CAD based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionAs a Territory Manager, you will promote Merlo products in the industrial field in British Columbia.
You will develop business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and maintaining strong relationships with clients through site visits.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Researching and establishing new business opportunities;
- Daily territory management and client relationship maintenance;
- Planning and organizing business strategies to achieve desired results;
- Preparing and presenting business cases to key decision makers;
- Identifying customer needs and understanding market conditions and local competitor pricing.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or outside sales positions;
- Demonstrated ability to grow market shares;
- Results-focused attitude;
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
- Strong planning and time management abilities;
- Experience using a CRM system; and
- A valid driver's license.
