Territory Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing retail and carrier stores in a designated geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sell-through and market share in the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store leadership.
  • Provide training and support to store associates to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of combined sales and retail sales experience.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
