We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team in Ontario. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling visual display products to architects, general contractors, educational institutions, hospitals, and office furniture providers across the province.

The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of business-to-business sales experience, with a strong background in commercial architecture, design, and construction industry. Experience in selling to purchasing managers is also an asset.

You will work closely with our sales team to manage sales pipelines, develop in-depth knowledge of our products, and focus on acquiring new business while maintaining existing relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential sales outlets.
  • Manage sales pipeline and key performance metrics to achieve annual targets, with all activities logged in the CRM database.
  • Prepare and conduct formal presentations of products, services, and company strengths.
  • Develop expertise in ASI Group VDP products.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $90,000-$110,000, plus commissions. The OTE (On-Target Earnings) in the first year is $145,000+. You will also receive health benefits, business-related/travel expenses, a laptop, and a cell phone.
