Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Professional to join our team in the Ontario territory. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling visual display products to architects, general contractors, educational institutions, hospitals, and office furniture providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, with experience in commercial architecture, design, construction, and selling to purchasing managers. You will be working from our Mississauga office, covering the entire province of Ontario, with potential expansion plans to include Quebec and eventually Western Canada.

About the Role:
  • Selling visual display products to various industries
  • Developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Utilizing CRM software to track sales pipeline and key performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 5-15 years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience in commercial architecture, design, construction, or related field
  • Ability to sell to purchasing managers and decision-makers
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Salesforce.com CRM
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of $90,000-$110,000, plus commissions, resulting in an estimated total compensation of $145,000+ in the first year. Additional benefits include health insurance, business-related travel expenses, a laptop, and cell phone.
