At CPG Connect, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Ontario. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to support the growth of our Food & Beverage Consumer Goods business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities with mid-tier distributors, supporting street-level sales, sales training, and GPO compliance within Eastern Canada. The role involves building strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners, as well as providing product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on our offerings.

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in foodservice sales, preferably in the Protein industry. A proven track record of success in territory management or a similar role is essential. Bi-lingual skills (English – French) are also a strong asset. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Salesforce and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).

In this remote role, you will work closely with our Canadian Foodservice team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives and customer requirements. You will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
