About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Foodservice Territory Manager - Ontario to join our team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities with mid-tier distributors, supporting street level sales, sales training support, and GPO compliance within Eastern Canada.

Responsibilities

">
  • Sales Management: Identify and prioritize target accounts, prospects, and opportunities for new business development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters.">
  • Sales Development: Conduct regular visits and sales calls to existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and promote our products/services.">
  • Training and Support: Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings.">
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Canadian Foodservice team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives and customer requirements.">
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.">
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • A post-graduate degree/diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in foodservice sales, with a proven track record of success in territory management or a similar role.">
  • Experience in using Salesforce and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).">
  • Bi-Lingual (English – French) is a strong asset.">
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.">

What We Offer

">

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

This salary estimate is based on industry standards for a Foodservice Territory Manager role in Ontario, Canada.
