Business Development Manager

As a Senior Account Manager - Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for facilitating growth initiatives for the Bank through significant business development and excellent management of key client relationships. You will maintain an outstanding and continuous record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications. The role ensures the required internal control standards, including adherence to audit, regulatory, and compliance policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads and executes business development plans to achieve business goals.
- Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
- Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
Key Skills:
- Excellent business development skills, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and cross-group collaboration.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00.
