Business Development Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our growing team at ECOONLINE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our SMB market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing relationships with SMB customers across North America
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth within existing accounts
- Outbound prospecting efforts to identify and target new opportunities
- Qualifying inbound leads, leading the full sales cycle from MQL to close
As a Business Development Manager at ECOONLINE, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies and initiatives to support sales processes.
