We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist II, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address the needs of patients with various health conditions.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to provide coordinated care and achieve effective outcomes.
- Apply evidence-informed practice to deliver high-quality care and promote patient participation in valued activities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program.
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
