Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist II to join our Rehabilitation Services department at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and educating patients requiring occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services in inpatient, outpatient, and continuing care settings
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Canadian school of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current license with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC
  • Preference given to therapists who belong to the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
