Job Summary

HANJRA HAULERS INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
  • Work Hours: Heures de travail: 40 hours per week.
