Job Summary

HANJRA HAULERS INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our office support staff to delegate work, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week
