About the Role

FALCON XPRESS TRANSPORTATION GROUP INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including coordinating office services, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Technology Support: Provide technical support for office software and equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
