Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including coordinating office services, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Technology Support: Provide technical support for office software and equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
