Communication and LiaisonLiaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication.
Staff Consultation and Grievance ProceduresOrganize and facilitate staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Information ManagementSet up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Research and Data EntryConduct research and perform data entry tasks as required.
Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
