Legal Administrative Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sidhuz Paralegal Services Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal office.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a college program or diploma lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the office.
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Document minutes from meetings and compile reports.
  • Prepare legal documents and financial statements.
  • Review and edit documents for accuracy.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
