Paralegal Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sidhuz Paralegal Services Ltd. This position requires a solid educational background and relevant experience to effectively support our legal operations.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Facilitate the communication flow within the office.
- Manage and organize the filing system efficiently.
- Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
- Compile and draft financial statements and reports.
- Prepare and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
- Review and edit documents and correspondence to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Detail-oriented and precise.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
