About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sidhuz Paralegal Services Ltd. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and secure manner.
  • Plan and coordinate daily tasks and projects, prioritizing deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain digital databases and records.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
