We are searching for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Parkland on Eglinton West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resident relations and deliver exceptional service to all residents and visitors.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and employees.
  • Anticipate and address resident issues promptly, taking appropriate actions to resolve concerns.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all services, facilities, and features available, promoting them to residents as necessary.
  • Maintain a visible and accessible presence within the community.
  • Provide information and respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff, referring to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Coordinate taxi and courtesy shuttle bookings for residents, liaising with the Chauffeur and Door Attendant.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support other departments, including dining, sales, maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Receive all incoming packages and deliveries.
  • Assist residents and families with luggage and parcels, arranging carts and dollies as required.
  • Manage access control to the building in collaboration with the Door Attendant.
  • Ensure overall resident satisfaction and follow up on any service concerns.
  • Promote a culture of safety by adhering to safe work practices and procedures.
  • Commit to upholding all standards of conduct and policies.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Passionate about working with seniors, with experience in Retirement Living or the hospitality industry.
  • Possessing a high school education (or GED); an Office Administration/Professional Secretarial diploma or University Degree is preferred.
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in a client services or administrative role.
  • Equipped with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and strong computer literacy.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
