Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and creative individual to take on the role of Marketing Director. This position involves leading a talented marketing team to design and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Development: Spearhead initiatives to grow the franchise network through a well-structured campaign calendar aimed at attracting franchise leads.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Direct a cross-functional team to create and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance customer retention, brand loyalty, and overall business growth.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Assess and enhance the effectiveness of marketing programs and lead generation efforts, both internally and through external partners.
  • Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop a robust online marketing strategy, encompassing CRM, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and website management.
  • Agency Collaboration: Partner with external agencies to implement marketing initiatives while managing associated budgets effectively.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide analytical support to the leadership team by conducting research and sharing insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Social Media Strategy: Oversee the social media marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement, potentially utilizing external resources.
  • Creative Direction: Occasionally supervise creative projects such as photoshoots to ensure alignment with branding objectives.
  • Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with design teams to produce print and digital marketing materials, including video content.
  • Campaign Coordination: Work closely with purchasing teams to align marketing campaigns with product launch schedules.
  • New Location Launches: Coordinate with Development and Operations teams to plan marketing strategies for new store openings.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee a substantial budget dedicated to marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Proven strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position with project oversight.
  • Experience in CRM, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush is advantageous.
  • Experience with advertising platforms like Meta and Google Ads, as well as influencer marketing.
  • Background in franchise and branding marketing, particularly in multi-unit and retail environments.
  • Experience in traditional marketing, including local events and sponsorships.
