Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. Reporting to the Managing Directors, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, customer loyalty, and franchise expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Development: Spearhead the development of a strategic campaign calendar focused on attracting franchise leads and expanding our network of barbershops.
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead a cross-functional team to create and implement holistic omnichannel marketing strategies that encompass digital, traditional media, and social platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the development and execution of seasonal campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and company goals.
- Performance Management: Analyze, measure, and optimize the performance of all marketing programs and lead generation initiatives, both in-house and through third-party agencies.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Collaborate with the digital team to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing CRM, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and website optimization.
- Agency Collaboration: Effectively manage relationships with external agencies (advertising, video production, social media) to ensure successful campaign execution within budget constraints.
- Strategic Insights: Provide strategic support to the leadership team by conducting market research and sharing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy focused on brand building, community engagement, and driving conversions.
- Creative Oversight: Supervise photo shoots and ensure branding consistency across all marketing collateral, including print and digital materials.
- Content Creation: Work closely with the design team to develop engaging content, including video production, for various marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with the purchasing team to align marketing campaigns with product launch timelines and promotional activities.
- New Shop Openings: Partner with Development and Operations teams to plan grand opening events, collateral development, and targeted marketing campaigns for new barbershop locations.
- Budget Management: Oversee a multi-million dollar marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various initiatives and ensuring financial accountability.
