Position Summary:
We are in search of a driven, innovative, and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Marketing Director. This position requires close collaboration with the Managing Director of Digital to guide a growing team. The successful candidate will oversee marketing strategies both online and offline, ensuring excellence in operations across various platforms, customer interactions, campaigns, and business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development: Spearhead the expansion of the franchise network by devising a strategic campaign calendar aimed at generating franchise leads.
- Leadership & Strategic Planning: Direct a cross-functional team to formulate and implement comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies that enhance customer retention, acquisition, brand recognition, and loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of seasonal digital and traditional media campaigns, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Performance Analysis: Oversee the evaluation and optimization of marketing programs and lead generation campaigns, both in-house and through external partners.
- Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create a robust digital marketing strategy encompassing CRM, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and website management.
- Agency Partnerships: Work in tandem with third-party agencies to implement marketing initiatives while managing associated budgets.
- Strategic Insights: Provide valuable insights and research to support the leadership team in decision-making processes.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage a social media strategy focused on brand engagement and community building.
- Creative Direction: Occasionally oversee photoshoots to ensure branding consistency and the creation of necessary marketing materials.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the design team to produce print and digital marketing collateral, including video content.
- Campaign Coordination: Partner with the purchasing team to align marketing campaigns with product launch schedules.
- New Store Openings: Coordinate with Development and Operations teams to plan marketing efforts around new store openings.
- Budget Management: Oversee a substantial budget dedicated to brand campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Proven strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, managing projects and teams.
- Experience in CRM, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Proficient in managing vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush is advantageous.
- Experience with Meta and Google Ads, influencer marketing, and event marketing.
- Background in franchise and branding marketing, particularly in multi-unit and retail environments.
- Experience in traditional marketing, including local events and sponsorships.
Competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
