Position Summary:
We are in search of a driven, innovative, and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Marketing Director. This position entails leading a talented marketing team to design and execute comprehensive marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Development: Spearhead the expansion of our franchise network by crafting a detailed campaign calendar aimed at generating franchise leads.
  • Leadership & Strategic Planning: Direct a cross-functional team to formulate and implement integrated marketing strategies that enhance customer retention, acquisition, brand recognition, and loyalty.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the strategic planning and execution of both digital and traditional media campaigns, aligning them with organizational objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts, both internally and externally.
  • Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create a holistic digital marketing approach encompassing CRM, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and website management.
  • Agency Coordination: Work in partnership with external agencies to implement marketing initiatives while managing associated budgets.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide analytical support to the leadership team through research and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage a social media strategy focused on branding and engagement to foster an online community.
  • Creative Direction: Occasionally oversee creative projects, including photoshoots, to ensure brand consistency and quality collateral production.
  • Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with design teams to produce print and digital marketing materials, including video content.
  • Campaign Coordination: Partner with purchasing teams to align marketing campaigns with product launch schedules.
  • New Store Openings: Collaborate with development and operations teams to strategize grand openings and related marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and report on a substantial budget allocated for brand marketing and digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position managing projects and teams.
  • Experience in CRM, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in managing vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush is advantageous.
  • Experience with advertising platforms including Meta and Google Ads.
  • Background in influencer and community engagement.
  • Experience in franchise and branding marketing across multiple units.
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing methods, including local events and sponsorships.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
