As a Sales Operations Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales Operations Team, responsible for sales planning, reporting, production, logistics, and sales incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Business Control Analyst to ensure accurate and timely setup of BMW & MINI monthly sales incentive programs
  • Support the Business Control Analyst with day-to-day management of BMW Group Canada's Retailer sales receivables
  • Track and analyze BMW Group Canada sales program effectiveness and generate management reports
  • Assist with the administration of BMW Canada Retailer co-op claims
  • Assist with the administration of the BMW Canada Masters Club and VIP programs
  • Provide general administrative support for the BMW Group National Sales Department
  • Other duties as required to achieve the overall effectiveness of BMW Group Canada
Qualifications:
  • Completed a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of visualization programs like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is an asset
  • Coding experience in data processing, aggregation, and database management is an asset
