Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at W.G Wood Sales Company Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of stock to and from our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process warehouse stock products, ensuring accurate and timely inventory control.
  • Warehouse Operations: Plan, assign, and direct workflow to ensure seamless delivery and pickup of orders.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety regulations, working closely with our health and safety representative.
  • Communication: Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Licence: Valid G licence with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Education: Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Valid Ministry of Labour Worker Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps certificate, Valid Working at Heights certificate, and Valid WHMIS certificate.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year, with bonus pay opportunities.

Language Requirement

French is not required for this position.
