Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at W.G Wood Sales Company Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of stock to and from our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process warehouse stock products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Plan, assign, and direct workflow to ensure timely delivery and pickup of orders to and from customers, job sites, and suppliers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety regulations, working closely with the health and safety representative to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain excellent communication and relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid G licence with a clean driver's abstract, Ministry of Labour Worker Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps certificate, Working at Heights certificate, and WHMIS certificate.
  • Education: Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and ensuring excellent customer service.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year, with bonus pay opportunities.
