Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Senior Management to develop and implement new sales processes and procedures
  • Maintenance of CRM system and data integrity
  • Preparation of detailed reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Inventory management and optimization to ensure timely service for key accounts
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and planning to drive business growth
  • Process improvement initiatives to enhance sales and operational efficiency
  • Analysis of profit margins, industry pricing standards, and customer returns to inform business decisions
  • Customer engagement and communication to ensure optimal service

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Analyst role
  • Experience in manufacturing environment is mandatory
  • Excellent computer proficiency with Excel (Advanced) and CRM
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate and comprehensive reports and spreadsheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
