Position Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a cohesive point of contact and support for designated responsibilities. This role will enhance patient-centricity by fostering a solutions-driven approach and addressing all scenarios with a critical and innovative perspective. The incumbent will oversee the management of sales operational tasks as defined by the operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and analytical platforms to bolster sales operations initiatives.
  • Execute requirements as specified in departmental reports.
  • Monitor individual and departmental KPI performance, including but not limited to:
    • o Adhering to all response time commitments,
    • o Maintaining a minimum of 98% error-free actions.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information to the Sales team regarding internal inquiries related to order management for both sales and repair scenarios.
  • Assist in managing product order allocation processing.
  • Oversee project order management as dictated by the project management team.
  • Effectively handle the influx of all Sales inquiries through various communication channels to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for all actions as outlined by the Sales Operations leadership team in support of the designated sales area.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness of actions, processes, and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Leadership on strategic initiatives to elevate the territory support experience.
  • Adhere to and apply company and division policies and procedures to assist with problem resolution for customer inquiries.
  • Occasional travel may be required as directed by leadership.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma.
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations.
  • Familiarity with Datasweep, Salesforce, Service Cloud, CRM, or SAP is preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; advanced skills are an asset.

  • Experience with order entry ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
