We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including the management of staff, budgets, and resources.
- Customer Service: Identify customers' needs and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Facilities Management: Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote sales to existing clients, recommend products or services to customers, and identify and solicit potential clients.
- Staff Management: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff, including maintenance and repair personnel.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor safety conditions, monitor and inspect work, and ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, facilities management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field, such as facilities management, operations management, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding workload.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, team player, accurate, dependable, flexible, initiative, judgement, positive attitude, and punctuality.
