Shift Manager Overview

As a vital member of our team at Wendy's Restaurant, the Shift Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations. This position does not require formal education, making it accessible for individuals eager to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage effective work schedules for staff.
  • Food Preparation Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all food preparation activities to ensure efficiency.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to team members on their job responsibilities and safety measures.
  • Supply Estimation: Accurately estimate the food supplies required for daily operations.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and hiring of food service staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports.
