Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of restaurant staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards for food quality and presentation.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant meets all relevant food safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that we meet our customer satisfaction targets.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
