Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Work Setting
    • Fast food outlet or concession
    • Restaurant
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Food Safety Certificate
