About the Role

Boston Pizza International Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a great Guest experience while achieving business goals and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team, overseeing both Front of House and Heart of House operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and maintenance of high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, Guests, and vendors to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain Guests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and labor laws.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with team members and Guests.
