About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, respond to complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week, permanent position, working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
