Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
