Human Resources Specialist

As a vital member of our team at Tree House Foods Inc., the Human Resources Specialist will play a crucial role in managing our workforce and enhancing employee satisfaction.

  • EducationPost-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
  • ExperienceMinimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Work EnvironmentDynamic and fast-paced setting within the food industry.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee and guide staff operations.
    • Design, implement, and assess human resources strategies and initiatives.
    • Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
    • Provide expert advice to management and staff regarding HR policies and employee benefits.
    • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage employee benefits, equity programs, and other HR initiatives.
    • Develop and execute training and development plans.
    • Conduct research on employee benefits and safety practices, recommending improvements.
    • Prepare and present HR reports to management.
    • Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise HR staff.
    • Oversee payroll processes.
    • Identify and propose enhancements to HR methods and systems.
  • Technical SkillsProficient in Workday, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
