About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at NEXTREME CONSULTANCY INC. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies

Design, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Provide HR Guidance and Support

Offer expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Manage Recruitment and Selection

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the selection process to ensure the best fit for the company.

Oversee Employee Relations

Establish and maintain positive employee relations by overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, managing contracts, and coordinating employee performance and appraisal programs.

Conduct Research and Analysis

Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fairness and equity in the workplace.

Manage Training and Development

Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Oversee Payroll Administration

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including overseeing payroll administration and managing employee benefits.

Provide Strategic HR Support

Offer strategic HR support to senior management, including advising on HR-related matters and providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in a consulting firm or a similar industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in human resources software, MS Office, and database software.
